1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "po99", "we", "us", "our" refers to po99 and its operating entity, the operator of the website at po99.ws.
• "Platform" means the po99 website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, payment systems, and all related services accessible at po99.ws.
• "User", "you", "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your po99 account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to your account by po99.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-money stake placed on a casino game outcome or sportsbook event via the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by po99 prior to processing withdrawals.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary transactional currency of the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the po99 Platform, clicking "I Agree" during the registration process, or by otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you irrevocably confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions;
• You agree to be legally bound by all provisions contained herein;
• You meet all eligibility criteria set out in Section 3;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and po99 in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. They are to be read alongside po99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement by reference.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on po99 you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. po99 does not permit access by individuals under 21 under any circumstances;
• You must be a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted);
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you;
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of po99 or any of its affiliated companies;
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where the use of online gambling services is prohibited by local law;
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the po99 Platform for any reason.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the po99 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. po99 will not be liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. po99 will treat any activity carried out using your login credentials as activity authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify po99 support immediately at [email protected].

po99 is required to conduct KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued CNIC or passport and proof of the payment method used. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the required timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until documentation is provided.

5 Deposits & Payments

po99 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank, Raast instant transfers, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. po99 does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposited funds must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. po99 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Where funds are identified as originating from a third-party source, the deposit will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Deposits are typically credited to your po99 balance in real time or within a few minutes depending on the payment method. po99 is not liable for delays caused by payment network outages or issues on the part of your payment provider.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your po99 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500;
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible;
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn;
• po99 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving withdrawal requests over Rs 50,000;
• po99 targets processing of approved JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within three (3) minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days.

po99 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, unresolved KYC requirements, or where the account is under investigation. Users will be notified of any hold placed on their withdrawal request via the support email on file.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

po99 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. po99 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion;
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per user, household, device, or IP address unless expressly stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Standard wagering requirements will be stated on each promotion page;
• po99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting from the same network, coordinated wagering to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or exploitation of promotional terms — will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the po99 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market. These game-specific rules are accessible within each game or market and form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

In general, the following rules apply across all po99 betting and gaming products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. po99 will not reverse a confirmed wager except in cases of an obvious system error or manifest mistake in the odds/game rules;
• po99 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of manipulation, irregular market movement, or misuse of the Platform;
• In the event of a technical failure affecting a casino game mid-round, the round will be treated according to the game provider's rules, which may result in the stake being returned to the player;
• po99 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all non-live casino games, independently audited by accredited testing laboratories;
• Live casino and live sportsbook events are governed by real-time data feeds. po99 is not responsible for errors arising from third-party data providers.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the po99 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity to register;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to ordinary users;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to achieve unfair outcomes in poker or any table game;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering;
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or any other material information during registration or KYC;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing knowledge exploitation, or insider information trading in the sportsbook;
• Making chargebacks on deposits that have already been wagered.

10 Responsible Gaming

po99 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our obligation to support player wellbeing seriously.

po99 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from your account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session duration after which you will be automatically logged out;
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for a minimum period of 12 months.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the po99 Platform — including but not limited to the po99 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of po99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from po99;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any Platform software;
• Use the po99 name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written permission.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, po99's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your po99 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

po99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special losses or damages of any kind, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Losses arising from interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit po99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Termination & Suspension

po99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• po99 suspects fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity on your account;
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the required period;
• Applicable law or regulatory requirements necessitate the closure of your account;
• You have requested voluntary self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming programme.

Upon termination of your account for breach, po99 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances that are not subject to ongoing investigation will be returned to you via your registered payment method following the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting po99 support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their natural outcome.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which po99 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any dispute as to their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to po99's customer support team for internal resolution.

Where an internal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body selected by po99. The language of arbitration shall be English and the seat of arbitration shall be the licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent po99 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

15 Amendments

po99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, po99 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the po99 Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent material changes were made. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
